Mr. Calvert, who has been a private investigator since 2010, has extensive experience in investigations after serving 19 years as an Investigator with the State of Georgia. Proudly serving clients in Garner, Chapel Hill, Jacksonville, Raleigh, Fayetteville, Greensboro and surrounding parts of North Carolina, he has specialized training and experience in Interviews and Interrogations, Sex Offender Profiling, as well as the investigation of Crimes against Children (Child Abuse/Neglect/Dependency and Missing Children).

Further, as a former Child Protective Services Investigator, Mr. Calvert is very familiar with the practices and protocol of the North Carolina Department of Social Services-Child Protective Services Unit. As a result, he offers insight into the expectations for parents who are experiencing allegations of child abuse, neglect, and dependency by this agency.

In addition, Mr. Calvert has 2 years of experience as a reserve deputy sheriff and 4 years of experience as a Loss Prevention Agent with a nationwide retail chain of stores. During his time as a reserve deputy, Mr. Calvert provided security for the Equestrian venue during the 1996 Olympics in Conyers, Georgia.

Also, Mr. Calvert was previously certified by the State of Georgia Peace Officers Standards and Training Council in 1988. In addition, he earned the Top Student and the Top Academic Awards in his Peace Officer’s Basic Training Course.

Mr. Calvert holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Auburn University where he was the President of the Alpha Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Sigma (Criminal Justice Honor Society).

Mr. Calvert is a member of the North Carolina Association of Private Investigators (NCAPI).
